02Limited License for Personal Use
If you purchase a subscription, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the subscriber-only content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may:
- View and download subscriber content for personal use
- Print content for personal reference
You may not:
- Share subscriber-only content with non-subscribers
- Upload paid PDFs or portfolio files to the internet
- Forward paid newsletters to others
- Distribute or resell any portion of our content
- Publish our content on social media, forums, or websites
- Reproduce or repurpose our content for commercial purposes
- Create derivative works based on our paid content

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of your subscription without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
03Subscriber Content Piracy
Compounding Memo takes piracy seriously.
If we determine that you have copied, shared, leaked, redistributed, or resold our subscriber content, we reserve the right to:
- Terminate your subscription immediately without refund
- Revoke your access permanently
- Pursue legal action
- Seek monetary damages
- Report infringement to hosting platforms or service providers
04Fair Use
Compounding Memo acknowledges that certain limited uses of copyrighted material may qualify as fair use under Section 107 of the U.S. Copyright Act. Brief quotations used in commentary, criticism, news reporting, or academic research may be permissible. However, reproduction of substantial portions of our content, or use that substitutes for a paid subscription, is not considered fair use. If you have questions about whether a specific use qualifies as fair use, we recommend consulting an attorney.
05Copyright Complaints
We do not host content uploaded by users — everything on the Website is published by us. If you nonetheless believe that something on the Website infringes your copyright, email contact@compoundingmemo.com with the subject line Copyright Complaint and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
- Where the material appears on our Website (a URL if possible)
- Your name and email address, and a statement that you own the work or are authorized to act for the owner
We review every complaint promptly and will remove or correct material that infringes.
06Reporting Pirated Copies
If you discover pirated copies of Compounding Memo content posted online (such as on Reddit, Discord, Telegram, websites, file-sharing platforms, or cloud drives), please notify us at:
