Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Subscription Billing

Compounding Memo offers paid subscription newsletters and related content (“Subscription Services”) billed on a monthly recurring basis.

When you subscribe, you authorize Compounding Memo (through our payment processor, Stripe) to automatically charge your selected payment method each month unless you cancel.

02Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Your subscription will continue renewing until you cancel.

03Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings on the Website: log in, open your account, and cancel the subscription. You can also email us at contact@compoundingmemo.com and we will cancel it for you.

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to subscriber content until that billing period ends.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not reverse past charges.

Using the “Unsubscribe” link in any of the email communications DOES NOT end the paid monthly subscription — it only stops the emails. Cancellation is done through your account settings.

04No Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.

This includes, without limitation:

• Partial-month refunds
• Unused subscription time
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to cancel before renewal
• Dissatisfaction with content
• Failure to download or access content
• Changes in financial circumstances
• Subscription inactivity

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that, except as provided in Section 5, you are not entitled to a refund for any reason.
